Two albums in one download! For fans of hardcore/crust punk. These guys rule so hard in my eyes. "Won't Bleed Me/Failed Society" is absolutely one of my very favorite hardcore albums. Rereleased as the combination of two 7"s on Alternative Tentacles in 2003 around the same time "Wake Up Screaming" was released on Hellcat. If you're familiar with the band Leftöver Crack then you will know that Brad Minus (Brad Logan) went on to be their guitarist.
Taking their influences from the likes of Nausea, 7 Seconds, and Negative Approach, F-Minus plays hardcore by the book in the best possible way. No bullshit. The reason I'm able to put two of their albums on one download is because their songs are so short. "Fuck the O.C." is twelve seconds long, but still phenomenal. Get your head straight, man! This is what you should be pumping in your headphones all day. "Wake Up Screaming" was produced by Steve Albini. He just so happens to make some of the greatest stuff out there, so it might be worth checking out.
