Best of the best nineties alt distortion spectrum. Chug builds on driving bass lines with distorted guitar riffs to actualize a sound that's hard to beat. A female vocalist takes some of the tracks, which would keep me back typically, but they're too perfect not to love. If you're looking for some mellow but still pop tunes, Chug might be right up your alley. I think I would compare them to bands like The Breeders, Sonic Youth or early Flaming Lips.
