This is Jeffrey Lewis' album of CRASS covers done very well. As a CRASS fan myself, I enjoyed this album quite a bit. He puts his own interpretation on everyone's favorite anarcho-punk band, but doesn't fuck with the integrity of the original songs. He manages to anti-folk/popify some generally politically charged lyrics.
This is his fourth album and I would definitely recommend further listening to his other work as I have posted The Last Time I Took Acid I Went Insane months and months ago. It's a great listen if you haven't heard it, even if you're not a CRASS fan. But seriously... you're not a CRASS fan?
